If you are considering an endoscopic spine procedure or cervical disc replacement, the first step in our process is an MRI-based educational consultation.
This review is designed to help you understand what is happening anatomically, whether your symptoms correlate with imaging findings, and whether surgical treatment—endoscopic or otherwise—is likely to be helpful.
Why We Start With MRI Review
Spine symptoms and MRI findings do not always correlate. For that reason, we do not begin with a brief office visit.
Instead, care begins with a structured review of your MRI, performed personally by Dr. Gollogly. This allows for thoughtful analysis and clear communication before any decisions are made.

What This Step Is — and Is Not

A commitment to surgery
A substitute for emergency care

After you’ve had time to review the video and ask questions, we will discuss:
Whether an in-person or virtual consultation is appropriate
How our out-of-network, concierge-style care model works
Possible timelines and options moving forward
Only patients who are comfortable with the information and process move on to the next step.
